Internships

A central element to the PATH program is apprenticeship.  Our partnerships with the Peabody Essex Museum and the Beverly Historical Society have provided students with once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to further their interests in historical fields.

Peabody Essex Museum

As part of the Museum Action Corps Program, the following students worked as paid interns at the Peabody Essex Museum in the summer of 2001.

Carlos Avila:  National Parks

Mary Coffey:  Visitor Services

Tiffany Gendall:  American Decorative Arts

Andrew Holloway:  Buildings and Grounds

Meaghan O'Neil:  Library Research Assistant

Beverly Historical Society

Carlos Avila, J.R. Bower, and Marc Mahan have volunteered at the Beverly Historical Society, assisting with research and helping with major transitions.
