I reviewed your testimony with the 9th November, informing the ten copies
are bound the error may be waived at present. I wish to have them put
in two boxes as you proposed and delivered to N. Dane Ellengwood ? of
William ? attorney at Law wall St. Court New York and deliver them to?
Stounton Fish and Nuhols Boston with the letter to them inclosed they
will forward and them to Mr. Shalor Mr. Ellengwood is a relation of
mine and worth my affiance he is studying law and in knowing his law
library and make in position and exchanges of Law? To advantage or at
this? Sea year is considerable I must ask the favors of you to ? in
my name for $500 on said books valued at $500 and charge the premium
to me and have the property till I shall see you in Boston.
