deep in December. The Indians have committed murders not far from Fort

The Dutch are in the vocative North probably the French have been obliged
by the State of their own affairs to abandon the _______. The ____ army
at the gates and probably with them the city of Amsterdam. This seems
quote odd that the _____ ______ may not regulate their own affairs avowing
to their pleasures. The patriots will probably come into the country
in an ill wind indeed that blows no body any good.

The new constitution the new conf. In the general cry. The three Southern
states will probably like it as it stands. Virginia will be Strenuously
for amendments and alterations. Maryland’s intention unexpected as yet.
Delaware for it accepting Doctor _____ who was not in the conversation
and therefore is mainly against it.

The elections in Pennsylvania are more favorable to the new Constitution
then was first supposed. The whole number will consist of 65 members,
49 are known to be for the Constitution.

New Jersey warmly for it excepting Mr. A. Clark who now and then gives
it a kick.
New York much as you left it although ___ ____ friend of the New Constitution

indicate a great majority in favor of it. Massachusetts and New Hampshire
