Briscoe Middle School, located at 7 Sohier Road in Beverly, Massachusetts is pictured in my postcard. The middle school clearly represents an abundance of potential for immortality. When it was first built in 1923 it was the city of Beverly’s very own high school. In 1965, Briscoe became a Junior high school, including grades 6 to 9. Eventually, Briscoe turned in Briscoe Middle School, which included only grades 6 to 8. One specific trait that makes Briscoe Middle School so magnificent is our elegant and classically designed auditorium. From plays, musicals and band performances to gust speakers and the occasional class skipper, everyone who has ever been in Briscoe and its auditorium, will remember it.
Briscoe Middle School intersects local society in the obvious reasons, apart from educating adolescents. Briscoe offered many extra-curricular activities, such as flag football tournaments, indoor basketball leagues, and their field out back supplies the local high school for practice field for their lacrosse and Field Hockey teams. Id say taking in all of these activities into hand, and supplying the local teenagers with a place to be safe and have fun, definitely contributes to the future of the community.
