In the Senate March 3 1810

Resolved that Nathan Dane Esq. Be and hereby is, authorized and requested to make a statement of ale the sums charged by this State to the United States in New Emission Bills, and the value at which they where charged in the general settlement of accounts with the United States.
Also an estimate of the deduction of any From the value charged, and make a report thereof the nest General Court. Provided the expense attending the making the said statement and estimate shall be defrayed by the person or persons applying there for.
