7520At a legal town meeting of the inhabitants of Beverly in the county of Essex Commonwealth of Massachusetts, qualified by the Constitution to vote for Representatives held in at the town hall in said town on Monday the sixteenth day of October Anno Domini 1820 for the purpose of electing one or more delegates to meet delegates from other towns in this the Commonwealth in Convention of the state House in Boston on the third Wednesday of November next.
